5. Shipping Terms & Liabilities

A. Shipper's Responsibilities: You, the shipper, are solely responsible for:

· The accuracy of all information provided, including pickup/delivery addresses and contact details.
· Properly packaging, labeling, and documenting all Materials in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (including HIPAA, DOT, and IATA regulations, if applicable).
· Declaring the accurate nature of the Materials and ensuring they are safe for transport.

B. Limitation of Liability: AQualiT Med Courier's liability for loss, damage, or delay is strictly limited. In no event shall our liability exceed the lesser of: (a) the amount of the shipping fee for the specific shipment, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue.

C. Force Majeure: AQualiT Med Courier shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, weather, traffic conditions, or government restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are and will remain the exclusive property of AQualiT Med Courier and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. 7. Termination
